Entry level starts at €43 excl. VAT/month (Visual Online Fiber M, 100 Mbps). At the top end, a dedicated symmetric line with SLA (Mixvoip DIA) reaches €480 excl. VAT/month. Luxembourg's 17% VAT is added on the invoice, but VAT-registered businesses reclaim it — so the excl.-VAT price is the right basis for comparison.

Tango — GO)) fibre Bizz

Tango offers a good speed-to-price ratio on the business market: 2 Gbit/s at €42.74 excl. VAT/month (Bizz M), Wi-Fi 7, fixed line included and internet from day one via a 4G SIM. An option to consider for an SME that wants speed at a contained price.

DEEP (POST's business brand)

DEEP runs the POST network, with broad coverage across the country. Its Business Duo packs include a business fixed line, free installation (Duo M/L/XL) and dedicated corporate support. A reliability-oriented choice: slightly pricier at equal speed, in exchange for the POST infrastructure. Until 30 September 2026 a −50% discount for 6 months applies to new Duo/Trio M, L and XL subscriptions: it temporarily puts the Duo M (500 Mbps) at €24.78 excl. VAT/month and the Duo L (1 Gbit/s) at €29.48 excl. VAT/month — the cheapest way onto the POST network. The Duo S is excluded.

Luxembourg Online — Business Pack / Pack + / Pro

A 100% Luxembourg independent operator, LOL offers managed plans with a contractual SLA at an accessible price (16h SLA from €99 excl. VAT, 4h SLA + anti-DDoS at €159 excl. VAT), alongside a competitive entry fibre. Suited to those who want a service guarantee without a dedicated-line budget.

Mixvoip — SME fibre & dedicated access

Mixvoip is squarely B2B: guaranteed uptime (99.6–99.8%), pro support, static IPs, 4G/5G backup and symmetric dedicated access with BGP routing. An operator oriented towards mission-critical activity (hospitals, industry, public sector) as well as demanding SMEs. Its SME fibre plan, historically "Mixfiber", is gradually being renamed "Emios Fiber": both names currently coexist on its website, at unchanged price and specifications.

Visual Online — Fiber Business

VO offers good value for money (1 Gbit/s at €57 excl. VAT) with a distinctive bonus: free public IPv4 and IPv6 addresses and a neutral, unfiltered network. An option suited to technical businesses that host services or care about their connectivity.

This is the defining decision for a business connection. Both use optical fibre, but they don't guarantee the same thing.

Shared fibre (best-effort FTTH)

The advertised speed (1, 2, 5 Gbit/s…) is a maximum shared across the network. No guaranteed minimum speed or contractual restoration time. More than enough for office work, cloud, video calls and the vast majority of SMEs — the core of DEEP, Tango, LOL Business Pack and VO Fiber.

Dedicated access (DIA / DIL)

Bandwidth is dedicated and guaranteed (often symmetric), with a contractual SLA on uptime and response time, monitoring and BGP routing to run your own IP addresses. This is Mixvoip's DIA/DIL — essential when the internet is at the heart of your business (e-commerce, datacentre, healthcare, finance).

Our rule: as long as a few hours' outage doesn't stop your revenue, shared fibre is enough. As soon as downtime is costly, move to an offer with an SLA (LOL Business +/Pro) or a dedicated access (Mixvoip DIA/DIL), ideally paired with a 4G/5G backup link.

The right speed depends on the number of connected devices and how cloud-heavy your usage is. Switchr benchmarks:

Static / public IP

Essential to host a server, a site-to-site VPN, video surveillance or a PABX. Visual Online provides free public IPv4 and IPv6 on every plan. Mixvoip offers a static IP at €21 excl. VAT/month (or /29–/27 blocks). LOL includes a static IP on Business +/Pro. Conversely, a private IP behind NAT (entry plans) limits these uses.

Fixed-line telephony & PABX

DEEP and Tango include a business fixed line in their packs. LOL and Mixvoip — a VoIP/PABX vendor — integrate cloud telephony (multiple extensions). Bundling internet + telephony with one operator simplifies billing and support.

4G/5G backup link

Excl. VAT vs incl. VAT

B2B operators quote prices excluding VAT. In Luxembourg the standard VAT rate is 17%. A €50 excl. VAT plan is €58.50 incl. VAT, but a VAT-registered business reclaims it: compare and budget on the excl.-VAT figure.

Activation and installation fees

Expect activation of around €47 excl. VAT (Tango) to €84.62 excl. VAT (DEEP). Installation and cabling are often free (DEEP Duo, Tango M/L/XL, LOL Business Pack) — except complex installs, quoted case by case. On dedicated access and some VO/Mixvoip plans, setup is quoted on request.

Contract term

Most shared offers commit to 24 months (DEEP, Tango, LOL Business Pack). LOL's managed Business +/Pro go to 36 months. Mixvoip and Visual Online state the term on quote. Always check cancellation and transfer conditions before signing.

Modem rental

Often included in B2B (DEEP HomeServer, LOL "Classic" equipment, VO router). Tango charges €4.70 excl. VAT/month for the modem on the S and M tiers, and €6.41 excl. VAT/month on the L and XL tiers. Our "real 24-month cost" includes activation + modem rental for every offer.

1. Check your current contract and its end date — early termination may incur penalties.
2. Test fibre eligibility for your address with the new operator first (fibre eligibility test).
3. Plan the overlap: order the new line and get the fibre installed before cancelling the old one, to avoid any interruption. Several operators provide 4G/5G access from day one while you wait.
4. Migrate your services: fixed numbers (porting), email, static IPs, VPN and PABX settings. Plan your firewall/router reconfiguration.
5. Cancel the old contract with the required notice (often 1 month) once the new line is live.
