The switchr.lu website references offers and enables Luxembourg consumers to compare them. The site provides a non-exhaustive list of offers in the following areas:

The site does not act as an intermediary, broker or agent. It is an information service. The site collects publicly available information on commercial offers, and displays it in a layout that enables users to make quick and effective comparisons.

The comparison service is free for users.
The site receives remuneration in the form of:

- Remuneration for clearly identified sponsored content
- Contact via click-window forms on certain partner offers
- Dedicated and clearly identified advertising spaces

- With any other party, the French courts with territorial jurisdiction will have jurisdiction.
