POST offers its POP Mobile plans in its POST Spaces (retail stores) across the country, as well as online. Customer service is available at 8002 8004 (free from Luxembourg) or +352 2424 8004 from abroad, 24/7. Subscribers manage their account via the MyPost app.
2. The 7 POP Mobile plans in 2026
The POP Mobile range includes seven plans covering all user profiles. All include 5G at no extra cost, with theoretical speeds of up to 1.5 Gbit/s.
Mandatory commitment: unlike Orange and Tango which offer SIM-only plans with no contract, all POP Mobile plans require a minimum 12-month commitment (without a phone) or 24 months (with a smartphone). This is a structural difference to factor into your decision.

5. Roaming in Europe, USA/Canada, China and beyond
Europe zone — included in all plans (except mini)
In line with EU regulations, all POP Mobile plans (except the mini, where roaming is fully blocked) include calls, SMS, MMS and data in Europe at no extra cost. Usage abroad is deducted from monthly allowances. POST’s zone 1 covers all EU member states and several associated countries.
Anti-roaming-abuse policy: POST applies the EU rule against roaming abuse. If your presence and usage abroad (EU) exceed 50% of your total, POST may ask you to justify your stable link to Luxembourg. Without a response within two weeks, surcharges may apply. This rule applies to all Luxembourg operators in accordance with EU regulation.
USA, Canada and China — included in POP MAXI only
POP Mobile MAXI is the only mainstream plan in Luxembourg to natively include unlimited calls, SMS and MMS to the United States, Canada and China. Data is also included by volume in the USA and Canada.

7. Commitment, cancellation and options
Commitment period — 12 or 24 months
All POP Mobile plans require a minimum commitment of 12 months (without a phone) or 24 months (with a smartphone). This is a key structural difference from Orange and Tango, whose SIM-only plans are available without commitment. Cancellation of a POP Mobile plan must be done by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt addressed to POST Telecom S.A. (1 rue Emile Bian, L-1235 Luxembourg). It takes effect at the end of the month in which the letter is received. Online or phone cancellation is not possible. Early termination fees apply.
eSIM — available from POST

8. Special offer for under-26s
POST offers a preferential rate for people aged 18 to 25 (inclusive): the POP Mobile L plan (without a phone) at 50% off, valid until the day before the subscriber’s 26th birthday. The subscription is automatically maintained, without requiring renewal, until that date.
This youth offer must be subscribed to exclusively at a POST Space (not available online).
