The conditions of our "Switchr Advantage" programme
The "Switchr Advantage" programme is a programme offering discounts, reductions and promotions on a selection of offers. This programme is aimed at switchr.lu users who wish to subscribe to these offers via the comparator.
To qualify, switchr.lu users must :
- Click on the offer button
- Enter your e-mail address on the pop-up that opens
- Validate the requestthen let yourself be redirected to the website of the chosen supplier
- Subscribe to the offer on the supplier's website, using the same email address(The standard delivery time is 30 days, but this may vary depending on the supplier).
The procedure is different for each type of Switch Advantage:
- In the case of a direct discount (linked to a promotional code, for example)This will be applied directly to the price of the offer at the time of payment on the partner supplier's site.
- In the case of a refundThe refund will be paid approximately 90 days after the contract has been effectively implemented (activation of telecom services, effective date of insurance, etc.). Once the contract has been activated, Switchr.lu will send the user a form to complete in order to receive the refund. Once this form has been duly completed, the refund will be made by the chosen method (bank transfer, gift card, etc.) within a few days.
