Article 1 - Definitions
In these general terms and conditions of use, the following terms have the meanings given to them below:

- " User "any individual or legal entity accessing the Site
- " Services comparison services": all the comparison services offered on the Site
- " Suppliers "suppliers whose offers are compared on the Site
- "Partnerssuppliers" means suppliers who have agreed a remuneration agreement with the Site
- " Offers "the products and services of the Suppliers presented on the Site
- " Content "the whole of the information available on the Site
Article 2 - Purpose
The purpose of these GCU is to define the conditions under which the User may access the Site and use the Services. Any access to and/or use of the Site implies unreserved acceptance of these GCU.
Article 3 - Role and responsibility of the Company
3.1 Nature of the service
The Company provides a free job listing service. It endeavours to present the main offers available on the market and, depending on the conditions, to enable users to access the subscription media for these offers. It is not the Company's intention to list all offers exhaustively.
3.2 Accuracy of information
The Company endeavours to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, it cannot guarantee:
- The accuracy and completeness of the information provided by Suppliers on their communication media
- Continuous availability of the offers presented
- No errors in the referencing or transmission of data
3.3 Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances may the Company be held liable:
- Decisions taken by the User on the basis of the information provided
- The conclusion or performance of contracts between the User and Suppliers
- Direct or indirect damage resulting from use of the Site
- Technical malfunctions of the Site
- The content of websites to which links may point
- Any other damage directly or indirectly involving the Site or the Company
Article 4 - User obligations
The User undertakes to :
- Use the Site in accordance with its intended purpose
- Not to attempt to interfere with the operation of the Site
- Not to extract, copy or re-use the content of the Site
- Provide accurate information when using the Services
- Respect the Company's intellectual property rights
Article 5 - Transparency and remuneration
5.1 Business model
The Site is remunerated by :
- Commissions paid by certain Partners
- Remuneration paid for the presence of sponsored content
- Remuneration paid for advertising space on the Site
Content subject to remuneration is identified by nomenclature, language elements or distinctive visual elements.
5.2 Putting you in touch with suppliers
The Company may propose, when clicking on certain offers in the comparison tables, the display of a window allowing the collection of contact information in order to put the user in contact with a Partner company. These specific terms and conditions:
- Do not modify the factual information presented on the offers concerned
- The following may be remunerated by the Partners concerned
- Involve the collection of personal data subject to our Privacy policy
The User remains free to use these forms or not, without this affecting their browsing on the Site.
Article 6 - Intellectual property
6.1 The Company's rights
The entire Site and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, representation, modification or exploitation is strictly prohibited.
6.2 Penalties
Any violation of intellectual property rights constitutes an infringement punishable under the Intellectual Property Code and may give rise to legal proceedings.
Article 7 - Protection of personal data
The processing of personal data is described in the Website privacy policy.
Article 8 - Modification of the GCU
The Company reserves the right to modify the GCU at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the Site. The User is deemed to have accepted the new version of the GCU by continuing to use the Site.
Article 9 - Miscellaneous provisions
9.1 Divisibility
If one or more provisions of the GCU are declared invalid or inapplicable, the other provisions will remain in force.
9.2 Non-waiver
The fact that the Company does not avail itself of a breach of the GCU does not constitute a waiver of its right to do so at a later date.
Article 10 - Applicable law and jurisdiction
10.1 Applicable law
These GCU are governed by Luxembourg law.
10.2 Jurisdiction
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of the GCU shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Luxembourg courts, unless otherwise provided by law.
10.3 Settlement of disputes
Prior to any legal action, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution.
